Modular camper bags and accessories
With map pouches for analog navigation, hip bags that can be run on your handlebars or as an external pocket on the front of a bag, and several harnesses for carrying gear from dry bags to banjos, the Rambler system of bags is built to expand and contract with the needs of long haul bicycle travel.

Made in a one-human shop in NEPA
Currently based outside of Scranton Pennsylvania, my name is Kuba (not pictured) and I design and produce all the bags here at the Rambler Bags’ bag factory. With 15+ years of sewing under my belt and nearly a decade of bike touring with DIY and upcycled gear, my bags are informed by the real needs and experiences of serious long haul cyclo-touring.

Strong, natural, and recycled materials
All bags available in your choice of waterproof recycled laminate fabrics (by Challenge Sailcloth) or heavy 100% cotton numbered duck. High vis orange recycled liner, treated with a durable water repellant coating at the factory, is standard on the majority of bags. Upcycled vintage fabrics and antique uniform buttons make regular appearances as they are available.

Built to last from design to construction
Elements known for early failure like zippers and velcro are never built into any Rambler offering. Instead, all manner of hooks, buckles, clips, cords, cams, snaps, flaps, rolls, chutes, and cinches are used as closures. While you’ll find a stiffener channel in most bags, very few come stock with plastic sheets, since your camping gear will “stiffen” the bag in it’s proper context, and a plastic stiffener sheet will abrade at seams over time.
